Enjoyable course, neil makes it fun and easy going but still makes it important.

Training that was provided was of a professional manner with massive amounts of information. Neil has a very large amount of knowledge and experience which is shown throughout training. His approach to teaching gets everyone thinking due to his doubt approach, you have to be sure of your answer.

Lots of information, the guys were very knowledgable and answered any questions. They were enthusiastic and made he course interesting.

I felt the training "First Aid" today was very informative, the knowledge of the trainers and how it was presented in a professional manner within a relaxed manner but still able to make sure we got the right information. 

I very much enjoyed the training by Conquest Training, great use of resources like baby and child CPR dolls to practice on. tutors very knowledgeable and friendly. 

Neil and Ian delivered the 1-day course for Emergency First Aid at Work most professionally, and yet with good humour.  Although the topic is obviously serious having some humour and recollections of real situations really helped my learning.  In the past I have done such courses when the sombre atmosphere was not conducive to acquiring knowledge and retaining it!

Of particular use is the Emergency Plan, of which we were reminded throughout the day.  The practice using mannequins was vital and managed in a safe way, bearing Covid-19 in mind.  The practice, verbal teaching and visual aids were very well balanced and participants on the course were all given a very handy booklet. We were also encouraged to ask questions, all of which were answered.  I am so glad we weren’t overloaded with too much information.  Neil and Ian made the day enjoyable and that has resulted in good learning!

Very good training, lots of class conversations and good information. Took lots away and feel very confident. 

My children had a great first aider training today. Engaging, informative and fun. Ian and Neil are friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable in their field. We need more people like them teaching us how help others. Highly recommend

My 10 year old daughter attended the mini medics 3hour course today and she came out very excited to show me what she had learnt. She would love to learn more and go to a regular/weekly course. She said the instructors were really fun and made it easy to learn. Thankyou!

It is so important to learn vital lifesaving skills, as you never know when you might need them, whether at work, at home or anywhere else, if and when the unexpected happens!

Neil delivered a fantastic First Aid/CPR/AED Training session at our office premises in Buckingham. Our group was really impressed by how informative and enjoyable the session was, and the manner in which Neil adapted the training with his added character and humour was fantastic!
