It is essential in all walks of life and we are set to get you all up to speed. We will be strictly following the Government guidelines around COVID-19, as well as industry standards from the Resuscitation Council UK and Health & Safety Executives (HSE). We will maintain the fun and engaging learning environment we pride ourselves one whilst refreshing your skills and adhering to strict protocols to ensure everyones safety is protected.

How the delivery of our courses have changed...

It’s inevitable that the delivery of our courses had to change to protect all delegates. Here’s how:

  • Class sizes reduced to comply with social distancing

  • Delegates to complete a health check form at start of course

  • All equipment sterilised prior to course

  • Delegates will wear disposable gloves for Manual Handling exercises and when using fire extinguishers

  • All clothes have been removed from training manikins to allow for easier sterilisation

  • Alcohol wipes are used after all rescue breaths on manikins

  • Manikin lungs are replaced at least after every course

  • Chest compressions on manikins are currently not required to reduce contact and cross contamination

  • Defibrillator use will be demonstration only by tutor to reduce cross contamination

  • Bandaging practical’s will now be tutor demonstration only to comply with social distancing
