But for those that work and play outdoors, we've got your covered with this jam packed 2 day course. This course has loads of allocated time to practical activities and we'll spend lots of time looking and covering specific injuries and illnesses so your beyond prepped to deal with everything.
This course is suited perfectly for those individuals who like to partake in the more 'dangerous' sports such as hiking and horse riding or other sporting activities or those who work outdoors.

Good To Know

This course is Health & Safety Executive (HSE) compliant and covers of the elements of our Emergency First Aid Course.

Each delegate will get a certificate that is valid for three years.

Each delegate will get a free workbook and have the option to engage in course related games to instils confidence and knowledge.

Each delegate will get a user friendly copy of the manual "The Good First Aid Guide' to keep for reference.

This course is a fun with plenty of interactive elements to instils confidence in the practical elements. There are no formal tests but you we will asses you throughout the course in a very relaxed, informal manner.
